I had one of the worst delivery app experiences ever with Rappi. I entered the correct address and even added extra delivery instructions to help the driver. The driver still got lost, took forever with cold drinks, and eventually I had to cancel because everything would have arrived melted and ruined. Then Rappi refused to refund me even though the issue clearly came from their system and delivery process. Trying to contact support was a nightmare, just endless automated responses with no actual help. Extremely disappointing service.
