need to fix there app/bus system
so i bought a ticket a week ago and today i was waiting for my bus that was supposed to arrive at 4:30 and i was at the location at 4, a couple minutes later when looking at the app i saw it got delayed an hour and 30 minutes and I didn’t want to stay out there for over an hour in the sun so i went back to my friends house. at around 5:20 i check the app and it said my bus would be there at 5:22 which isn’t even an hour from the original time after telling me it was a over 1 hour delay. i also never got a notification that the arrival time changed so i never knew. i had to take the train back
