Unfortunately a very poor experience. The app has many bugs and frequent GPS issues — we tested it for several months. Drivers charge unnecessary waiting time or ask for extra cash outside the app. Support claims they contacted me and then simply closes the message without resolving anything. I would rather recommend Gojek or Grab, even if they are slightly more expensive — the service is much better. Not recommended for foreigners in Indonesia.
