I religiously went to my Lagree studio for four years before moving too far from one. Enter LAH - I got a microformer and was able to take the same shakes into my house!! The bonus is that with all of the on demand classes, I can do it whenever I can. The live classes are just like being in the studio with the form correction and motivation. I also was able to take the prenatal classes when pregnant and keep moving! When I needed some accountability after the baby, I did a tailored program with
