Worst Bus Booking Experience
I was so excited for my trip with my husband, we showed up 45min early to the departure time and waited in the bitter cold; everything seemed good. The bus is not gonna be labeled flixbus? No problem. The bus is on platform C? Cool. I was refreshing the bus tracking system and it seemed like the bus was going to be late. 10-15mins goes by without seeing the bus and the tracking system shows the bus has completely missed us. I was in disbelief thinking it was another bus or there was a glitch, but low and behold it wasn't wrong. Called customer service with my issue (after some time digging for
