Not working I’m putting in my age says not eligible and putting all different kinds of years still saying eligible so I’m just asking you please fix it.

I’m 11 yr old and I’m turning 12 this year and it says you need to be 12+ to be on this app and I’m wondering what I’m putting in my date of birth and it’s saying you’re not eligible to be on this app. And I’m saying what I’m turning 12 this year what is the problem? Can you guys just please fix it.
