I have travelled so frequently with Qatar airways that i write this review with a very heavy heart. The cancellation fee was only 135 usd according to my fare rules. They refused to provide me the breakdown multiple times. Even after complaining multiple times from the past few months on call, email and live chat and receiving no substantial response, i have to say i am very disappointed with the service and i dont think i will ever travel with Qatar airways again.
