I’ve tried to just report this problem to Canon directly, but it’s literally impossible. The app crashes any time you try to scroll through a page of options. The collages, layouts, and of course the photos! I can’t make selections to print anything, so it makes the printer useless! If they can’t fix the app crashing problem, I guess I’ll just have to return the entire mini-printer set I just got for Christmas. :(
