First, they canceled my flight and didn’t refund my Baggage purchase fee. Then, when I checked in, they said because I didn’t check in online so they need to charge me for 47 Euro. Otherwise they will not check in for me. They never send me any messages or emails. They were deceiving people. I will never buy any ticket from this airline.
