The problems I have is with some of the sellers and why this is allowed. I was shipped the wrong item and a refund was initiated. The seller gave me several pick up dates and failed to pick up. Then he denied a refund stating no proof was given. I complained to Lazada and as this posting no response yet. Another where I placed an order from a local seller, it has been a month the item shows in transit and have been given several excuses has to the hold up of the delivery.
