The ruler is simply unbalanced in mid to late game rounds/ situations and basically destroys the essence of “merging” troops by just knocking down 2 3 star troops per hit while having a relatively fast CD, I’ve had a disgusting experience facing off “the echo” while having max troops and should have been a guaranteed win turned into just disgust of watching a “ruler” destroy the game I enjoy. Just figure out a way to balance the ruler or revamp it all the way, it’s been a very unpleasant experience having to face up with multiple “echo” users, it basically just destroys the game.
