Very disappointed that I was rejected from opening an account due to KYC identification not working for me. Even when going through emails with support to get issue fixed I was still rejected. I have signed up with multiple neobanks dealing with crypto and have never had an issue with my license. Will definitely never recommend KAST to anyone.
