This company I have had for years and they don’t reply at all to help you. Nothing works well and there is always an ongoing problem with their service. They don’t have a normal dedicated help line or email to help you fix any issues. This company should be sued and reported to the local better business bureau. Does anyone have the same issues. There product is a hit and miss. Always a new issue with there service and NO ONE ever helps you from thrrr company !! Just a horrible app and company
