When it works, the app seems to work ok. I have been using it for almost 2 weeks now. There has only been 1 night so far where it didn’t randomly cut out and label part of my sleep as “signal not received”. The failure to track results in inaccurate assessments of my sleep. I also wear a Garmin watch and it has yet to cut out and be unable to track unless I take it off or it dies. The turning up of the volume, as someone else mentioned, is annoying since you can’t turn it down and have it stay down.
