My expectations might have been high as a Starbucks app user…but things you won’t find with this app: 1. Time savings from pre ordering - no matter how much lead time I give I’ve NEVER had it done in the 8-10 min that the app always said. Most times 20 min isn’t enough. You also have to wait in line regardless because the coffee is left behind the counter. 2. Rewards for your order - the cash back is negligible.
