Pet food is expensive, so I want to get reward points when I can. But this app is not intuitive or responsive - I’ve tried to cancel autoships or update shipping dates and it gets “hung” so I have to email customer service. The price shown for my autoship is often completely wrong (double what the cost should be). When I log in to my account on a desktop browser, none of my info is present, like the app doesn’t communicate with my main account. I am running the current iOS. This app is very disappointing.
