Been waiting a month for the rewards I redeemed to arrive. I sent an email to ask how long it will take. First person asked me for the names of the items I redeemed. A week later, a different person emails me saying they are EAGER to help and if I want a quick response, I need to give them more information. My email responses aren’t going through now though. I just want the items. Idk what else to say.
