I have used Splitwise for a couple of years. Recently I upgraded and money was taken off my account for the “Pro” version of the app. I however did not get any of the Pro features activated and the app continues to ask me to upgrade the app. I reached out to Splitwise and the support was very limited, if any at all. Splitwise pushed the issue onto Apple and could not help any further. The issue has still not been sorted out and I am currently paying for an app that I can not use.
