I recently downloaded WhatsApp for my school and joined a couple group chats. In these groups, I sent a few messages, none of which were inappropriate. However, each time I sent a chat, I was restricted from using WhatsApp within the hour. This was very frustrating for me because I reviewed the terms of use and did nothing to violate them.
