I used this app to send crypto to a merchant and the transaction was put on hold. When I contacted customer support, two guys named Fred Bleek and Kelvin had me do a series of “dummy transactions” to verify that my bank was allowing me to send money on the app. They assured me that the accounts I was sending the money to were not real accounts and were managed by the app. The total money sent through the dummy transactions was about $4000.
