These people seem to care only about money. When you buy a ticket, they don’t send it to you as a PDF like other apps. You have to collect it manually at a specific meeting point, at a specific time. And if you miss that meeting point for any reason, you lose your right to the activity, and they will refuse to refund you no matter how valid your explanation is.
