Suggestions: Enable sync in background, not to voice memos but to icloud music library as it handles audio much better. I guess to get into IML (itunes music library) I have to manually first sync the files, and download files from icloud to my computer and then add them to a playlist? About sync in background, if that's not possible due to restrictions in ios I would at least like to have a transfer all files from my iphone/ipad function. Right now I'm using Voice Recorder HD and have to manually drag files from itunes, keeping track of dates so I don't create duplicates, convert them to AA
