Worst airline and app ever. The app bugs all the time, and I am not able to chose a seat when checking in. The app freezes all the time as well. To not to speak about the overly strict luggage rules and having to pay big fees if you get it wrong. NEVER traveling with this airline again and I recommend people to travel with another airline as well.
