Agoda misrepresented the location of a hotel by 14Km, that’s an Urban 14Km not a rural, I cancelled and booked another room where I wanted to be using their app. They won’t refund their or the hotels mistake. Then there is the customer service, it’s like the health insurance sector in the ISA, it’s designed to make you go away. Appalling.
