When you work with an app like this you expect them to help you when you need it you pay for it. I booked a place from them and the place was a mess when I contacted them they didn't exactly help and agreed to give me a very partial refund with compensation of $50 when my direct damage was much more My recommendation is to split the reservation into 2 flights they are good in captivity better other apps like Book King and sometimes cheaper.
