I am very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered an XS, but it was too large, so I followed the return process and received a return code along with a list of locations where I could drop off the package. Unfortunately, when I went to one of the authorized locations, they informed me that the return code was invalid and that they were unable to accept my package. I didn’t realize this issue until about three weeks later. I immediately contacted Lane 21 by email, but I have never received a response. Because of this, I was unable to complete my return and never received my refund.
