This app “works” technically, but the login is the biggest hassle I’ve ever seen. I’ve used other banking apps that were way more user friendly. As others have stated, once you answer 72 questions, stand on your head, spin around 3 times, and change your password, then you can use the app. It however seems to be functional enough once you are logged in, and you can make mobile deposits. The online banking at Midfirst is a hassle too, so that is something I’ve come to accept from them. They should look at what other higher rated financial institutions are doing with their online banking apps an
