I spent 22 min waiting to be picked up while the Tesla went aimlessly in circles around the neighborhood. Called the support number and spent another 25 min talking to someone who had no idea how to resolve the issue. Poor customer service and horrible navigation technology. Save yourself the time and frustration and get an uber or Lyft.
