I'm frustrated because it seems like I'm being labeled as a no-show, when, in reality, it's the drivers who are pulling away and refusing to cancel. If they don’t want to go through with it, they should just cancel instead of making it appear as though it's my fault. The "I'm coming" button appeared, but I didn’t click it because the driver was moving further away and did not respond to my calls or messages.
