This app is an absolute joke and a safety risk. A driver accepted my ride and marked himself as “waiting” but never showed up. I waited over 20 minutes in extreme heat, tried calling him, and he kept rejecting my calls. Complete liar. Customer support took over 15 minutes to respond and did absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, I was stuck and couldn’t even book another ride because the trip was left open. There is no real monitoring, no accountability, and no reliability. Drivers can lie, disappear, and waste your time with zero consequences. If you value your time, safety, or sanity - do NOT downlo
