I booked the hotel for family with child and according to trip.com information hotel was able to accommodate our family. My booking was confirmed and I was charged full price (non-refundable). Hotel contacted me with information that they can’t accommodate our family because their policy is actually different. I was expecting full refund immediately. Trip.com promised me to solve the situation in 30 minutes, than in 4 hours and I’m still waiting now for full day without response whether I will get refund or what actually they can offer.
