Very disappointing experience. I’ve been using this app for a long time and recently purchased swimwear, but there was no clear warning that the items are non-refundable. I only found out when I tried to return them in-store, as they didn’t fit me. I spent around €300, which is a significant amount for me, especially as a single mother of three children. Important policies like this should be clearly communicated before purchase.
