Feature Request: please enable users to Reschedule their appointments in the app. Issue: if a user cannot make an appointment, they need to reschedule it. However, the app only allows users to cancel the appointment. When an appointment is cancelled, there is no follow up from the VA, the user has to spend an hour on the phone trying to reach the right person to schedule the appointment again, and sometimes requires VA staff or do more paperwork by ordering another consult (for a specialty clinic).
