Their support is automated and it’s terrible. Even when you do get to a person which you have to marinate through billing options they still send you automated responses without reading anything. It constantly cancels my orders and claims my payment isn’t verified but if you upgrade it will take that payment just fine. Everything about it is slimy. They do not care. They don’t care when you tell them they’re not reading what you said, they’re not even looking at your account. They just copy and paste stuff that doesn’t pertain to your situation. It was awful.
