Don’t use The Knot if you don’t own a computer
The Knot app does not work very well on the iphone. customer service is not prepared to deal with us who don’t have computers. I do not own a computer. They keep telling me to use the computer. I keep reminding them, I don’t own a computer and so things just don’t work right. they keep repeating themselves telling me to do things again, and again that I’m telling them are I am unable to do. I keep asking for a video or a phone call to walk me through the invitation ordering process. It’s taken me two months and counting to create an invitation. now I’m way behind schedule. talk about stressful
