The restaurant messed my order and have not delivered 1/4 of the delivery. When I got in touch with the support and provided all the necessary information with a photo documentation. I was told that I wont be refunded “according to some criteria”. Bunch of scammers. I cannot even write with the support only when I am prompted to answer. Which means, that I cannot ask what criteria it was.
