This app needs some serious work. The navigation is very confusing and error handling very poor. If it helps anyone else, we had a flight time change and the app correctly showed this but nowhere did it say we had to call the booking agent to actually accept the change. The app didn’t give any direction and so behaved in a way where you couldn’t check in. The app would keep logging out, be unresponsive sometimes and the menu would change and lose options.
