I have used this program off and on for years! And I prefer this 5K runner app over the branded “Couch to 5K” app. The vocals, coaching, music access, and aesthetics are user friendly and helpful when in the throws if a run. It’s great for the beginner runner (or those getting back into exercise). It’s lead to successful 5ks for me in the past, and I’m using it again with hopes of the same success. I have the same feedback of wanting this app to sync with other fitness recording apps. But other than that, this app is perfect. **** Former (1st) review): This is a good couch to 5k program. Pro
