Everything else was excellent, but my experience with a British Airways staff member named Arthur at Phoenix was unacceptable. He removed me from the front of the check-in queue, created a new line, and told me I would have to “negotiate” with other passengers to keep my place. Later, during boarding, he again singled me out and behaved in a publicly embarrassing and inappropriate manner, noticed by other BA staff. This is the only time I have ever been treated this way by any airline, and it is particularly disappointing given British Airways’ normally high standard of customer service and my
