Mail got sent mistakenly even tho I did not finish writing my email, could have maybe changed it, by just simply clicking something on the keyboard and it happened. The window time for reaction was set to 5 seconds by default. How is that a good user experience? 5 seconds by default? What about context of use? Being in a loud environment, not being fully concentrated sometimes? It is the main action users do on your app. You would think it would function flawlessly, with an emphatic approach when users make mistakes, designed more thoughtfully, but no.

Your app does not have a clear CTA as to where I can upgrade a plan, such a basic and important thing for you as well.
