I’ve been with DoorDash for a long time and I’ve always used my Crimson account for receiving my pay, and I have no way of linking the Crimson bank account information because you won’t give us an option to manually add an account OUTSIDE of Plaid. The only option I’ve been given every time I’ve tried to work with this app is a “traditional bank” which none of my DoorDash income goes to, and it causes me to be instantly denied every time. I just tried chatting with a representative because I am in desperate need for some financial assistance and wanted to fix my identity verification that’
