Usage flow is user hostile
I need tickets to an event from Ticketmaster. I open app. ”Install new app!” OK, I install new app. It doesn’t recognize me. OK. Re-insert account info to login. OK. I finally get the app open, logged in.. AND IT STARTS TO ASK ”which bands are you interested in”, whether it can track my activities here and there and clickclickclickclik What is the point of me having an account, if the server side has zero idea of who I am and what I am interested in? How about checking out, what I bought before, dear Sherlocks? After MINUTES of pointless clicking to utterly irrelevant questions until I FINALLY

Has problems
It is apparently possible to launch a recurring subscription without control of PayPal user or PayPal, said subscriptions don’t show up in recurring subscriptions. UI of said “subscriptions” is also not very good nor intuitive. I am decreasing my PayPal usage and have disabled my cards there - I can’t trust them to take care of transactions in their app. Yes, it’s handy, but not reliable enough.

Feedback has major flaw
So many things have been done so well, repetitions, different approaches...and then. When doing all the exercises I get correct correct, ”nice accent” etc...and ”44/53 correct answers”. What? What went wrong? How did it go wrong? What can I improve? Why not full points then?
This is a basic thing when teaching. Don’t say ”you suck” and then leave student wondering. Say ”this is where you did wrong” so student can improve by learning from mistakes.
Will finalize course, but maybe after that get a teacher who tells me what went wrong. Currently I have no idea.

It does many useful things..but..
..the UI experience is dated. Moving tasks from list to list is slower than it could be (drag and drop, anyone?), why does the front page not show you your tasks but a classification view, from which you need to start digging your way to your tasks? The normal day to day "what next, what next" should be as fast as possible. Integration of tasks-to-calendar is not intuitive...is there one?
It has lists, marking stuff to done is easy, it has dates for items..hence I will give it 3.5..which will round to 4. But many easy improvements to UX available for designers.
Perhaps I need to read a manua
