I have always had an amazing experience with Lufthansa and that’s why I keep coming back even for my leisure travel! My trip this time was from Joburg to Frankfurt arrived early hours of the morning at around 5am! It was a great flight… amazing crew! My only concern is the inflight entertainment is very cumbersome with the remote controller locked into the side of the seat and having to open and close to operate it! Of most disappointment was the treatment by the mobility assistance representative on arrival at Frankfurt. She ushered a group of us aggressively to the elevator to get a shuttle
