Headspace is an excellent piece of software. I used to think that meditation was very complicated but this software has taught me that it really is not. The problem I have is that I do not make time consistently for meditation. The constant reminders from Headspace get me back on track. I also like the suggestions and tips that are sent on a regular basis. Great job!!
