Every time I need a translation, this app doesn't work, or if it does, it's slow and still doesn't show the translation you need 👎🏼

Prague, Czech Republic: if you forget something in the car, you rarely get it back, because none of the drivers understand Czech or English. And customer support doesn't help, on the contrary they make you look like a fool. The car is registered in the name of the driver, but several drivers drive the car. Very negative experience!
