I’ve been using Hevy for about 3 months now and track all of my weight lifting sessions in there, now 25 sessions. It’s really fun and motivating to track the weights and sets, in addition the statistics show me which muscle groups I’ve been focusing on and what I should then focus on next! Love it!!
