I had a very disappointing experience with the BetterMe app. While the app itself might provide some helpful fitness and wellness features, their customer service is unacceptable. I was charged for a subscription that I didn’t intend to continue, and when I reached out to request a refund, they outright refused. Despite my clear explanation of the situation, they showed no flexibility or understanding. Their refund policy feels unfair and rigid, especially for a service that claims to care about user satisfaction. Be cautious when signing up, as it seems they prioritize profits over customer
