Yesterday, November 22, 2025 I ordered at Wendy’s and unfortunately my order had never been delivered by the drivers. He took my order and went far away from my address not delivering it. When I requested support from DoorDash, they said it’s not possible to provide refund nor credits. I have video proof of the dasher going far from my address. First, the customer service attendant gave 1 hours to solve the problem, then it became 24h. Now, the problem was considered solved by them without giving me any notice of the decision. This app is a complete mess and I am not using it anymore. Good luc
