Turns “I Might Pass Out” Into “Let’s Go”
When I first tried running on my own, I pushed too hard and ended up clinging to a street lamppost, heaving and thinking I was going to puke and possibly pass out in the process.
After that experience, a friend told me to try Couch to 5K. I’ve used this app since 2017, and with the ebbs and flows of life my jogging has definitely waxed and waned. But when I stay consistent, this app builds me up and helps me maintain. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed a real lift in my mood after jogging.
