If there is an issue with your account you don’t actually get to talk to a live agent. You call in can speak to someone who looks at your account, takes notes, then says they will have to have an “account specialist” look into this. Then you wait to get an email, the problem is the emails come at odd hours. 2, and 3am in the morning for me. So I don’t get a response until the next night at 2 or 3 in the morning.
It is SLOW , terrible communication, and very little help from the account specialist team. I’ve been left feeling frustrated, without getting any resolution.
